In addition to providing electrical service to residential, commercial,
and industrial consumers, McMinnville Electric System has many other services
available to our customers:
Water Heater Rebates
You can get a $100 rebate on an advanced energy efficient water heater for a new home, or a $50 rebate if you replace an older gas or electric water heater with a new electric water heater in an existing home. Call 473-3144 during business hours for more information on our Water Heater Residential Rebate Program.
Levelized Billing
To level your monthly payments, your bill is averaged on a monthly basis.
We take the most current 12 months including the current bill and add them together then divide by twelve.
You will not experience the ups and downs of seasonal use, since your Levelized billing will reflect
only a slight variation in your bill amount each month.
Heat Pump Loans and Inspection Program
Low-interest loans and inspection of your installation are available
through this program. Make sure your new heating installation is installed
properly by participating in this TVA backed program. Enjoy the comfort
and convenience of an energy efficient electric heat pump.
Surge Protection Program
Surge Protection
More protection from lightning and electrical surges is now available
for your property.
Variable Payment Date Options for Seniors
Seniors can make their electric payments fall near the day of
the month most convinent to them.
SPEDI-PAY
SPEDI-PAY is our hands-free bank draft program that allows your
monthly bills to be paid without you having to leave your easy chair, or
write a check, or lick a stamp.
